   July 4th will be here before too long, and the Freedom Festival committee is hard at work preparing to host the 3rd Annual Abilene Freedom Festival Stars and Stripes Parade.

   To join in on the fun, all you have to do is fill out the forms below, attach a copy of the insurance of the person who will be driving your float, and return to Roger Ingram. You can do this in one of two ways:
